*A Hot Air Gun or Hairdryer
*A SIM Pin Ejecting Tool
*A Suction Cup
*An Opening Pick
*A Spudger
*A set of screwdrivers
*A pair of tweezers
*New Adhesive Glue
*Isopropyl Alcohol

Step 2 Turn Off Your Galaxy S24 Ultra
Follow these easy steps to turn off your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra:
*Press and hold the side and volume down button altogether for a few seconds.
*A power-off menu will appear on the screen.
*Select the power off option.
*Tap power off again to turn off your S24 Ultra.
Step 3 Remove The SIM Card Tray

*You can also use a hot plate to heat your S24 Ultra for 60 to 90 seconds.
*Do not overheat your S24 Ultra. Excessive heat can harm the delicate internal components of the phone.
Step 5 Attach A Suction Cup
*Fix a suction cup near the bottom edge of your Galaxy S24 rear glass cover.
*Firmly grip the suction cup handle with your fingers.
*Pull up the suction cup handle until a gap forms between the rear glass cover and the S24 Ultra’s frame.
*Take an opening pick or tool.
*Insert the pick inside the gap between the back glass cover and the phone frame.
Step 6 Cut Off The Bottom Adhesive
*Move the pick from the lower right edge to the lower left corner to slice the adhesive present around the bottom edge of your phone.
Step 7 Remove The Left Adhesive
*Move the pick from the lower left to the upper left corner. Repeat this movement 2 to 3 times to effectively slice the left-side adhesive.
*If it is difficult to remove the adhesive, you can reheat the phone for 2 to 3 minutes with a hot gun or hairdryer.
Step 8 Remove The Upper Edge Adhesive
*Keep moving the pick from the upper left to the upper right edge of your S24 Ultra to cut the upper edge adhesive.
Step 9 Slice The Right Side Adhesive
*Move the pick from the upper right to the lower right corner of your S24 Ultra to slice the right-side adhesive.
*Remove this pick movement twice to cut the right adhesive completely.
Step 10 Remove The Back Glass Cover
*After removing the adhesive glue around all edges of your S24 Ultra hold the rear glass with your fingers.
*Gently lift the rear glass and remove it with the help of your fingers.
*Keep it aside at a safe place.
Step 11 Disconnect The Wireless Charging Coil
*Use a spudger to disconnect the wireless charging coil Flex cable from the motherboard.
Step 12 Unfasten And Remove the Wireless Charging Coil
*Use a screwdriver to unfasten the screws of the charging coil.
*Hold the wireless charging coil with your fingers.
*Carefully, remove the wireless charging coil.
*Keep it aside
Step 13 Unscrew The Bottom Loudspeaker
*Use a screwdriver to unfasten the screws of the loudspeaker.
*Keep these screws in a safe place as you may need them during the reassembly of your S24 Ultra.
*Use a spudger to lift and unclip the loudspeaker from its recess.
Step 14 Remove The Bottom Loudspeaker
*Lift the loudspeaker from its recess with the help of a spudger or prying tool.
*Use tweezers or your finger to remove the loudspeaker.
Step 15 Disconnect The Battery
*Disconnect the battery’s press connector with a spudger.
Step 16 Disconnect The Interconnected Cables
*Two interconnect cables are attached to the MotherBoard and Charging Board of the S24 Ultra.
*Disconnect these interconnect cables from the MotherBoard and Charging board.
*Use your fingers or tweezers to remove these cables.
Step 17 Disconnect The Display Cable
*Use a spudger to disconnect the display cable from both ends. Then, remove the display cable using your fingers or tweezers.
Step 18 Disconnect The Left Antenna
*Use a spudger to pry up the antenna flex cable.
Step 19 Unfasten The Sub MotherBoard
*Use a screwdriver to remove the three screws of Sub-MotherBoard with a screwdriver.
*Keep the screws in a safe place.
*The Microphone and Charging port are attached to the Sub-MotherBoard.
Step 20 Remove The Sub Motherboard
*Use a prying tool to lift the Sub MotherBoard from its recess.
*Remove it with the help of your fingers.
Step 21 Reassemble Your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
To reassemble your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, repeat all the above steps in reverse order:
*Install new Microphone and Speaker assembly to their recess.
*Reconnect all the flex, Antenna, and display cables.
*Screw up all the screws.
*Apply isopropyl alcohol around the edges of the back glass and frame of the phone with a cotton bud.
*Remove the old adhesive from the phone frame and back glass cover with a clean cotton cloth.
*Apply new adhesive glue around the edges of the S24 Ultra’s rear cover.
*Carefully attach the rear glass cover to your phone frame.
