We are back with a new replacement guide. Today we have the iPhone 15 Logic Board Replacement step-by-step guide. Maybe your iPhone 15 acts up or is not processing as it should. Replacing the malfunctioning logic board will retain the functionality of your iPhone 15. However you will need new replacement adhesive for the iPhone 15 screen and the back glass.
Although when you replace the logic board in an iPhone 15 it is not just about changing the part. Apple’s rules mean certain parts must match the new logic board to work properly. Even if you use a real/Original logic board. it will not work fully without pairing those parts. So to keep everything working you will also need to replace the screen (so True Tone and Auto-Brightness still work), the front camera and sensors (to keep camera and sensor features), and the battery (to show correct battery health). All these parts must be paired with the new logic board to function correctly.
Prepare Your iPhone 15 For Disassembling
*You must prepare your device before proceeding with the disassembling process of the iPhone 15 for logic board replacement.
*Firstly you need to remove all the cables and wires from your phone. While disassembling the phone, nothing should be plugged in.
*Also make sure that your phone is less than 25% charged. Otherwise it is more susceptible to catching fire if it is accidentally damaged.
*If your battery appears swollen it is important to take proper safety precautions. A swollen battery can be dangerous as it may lead to overheating, leaks, or even fire. To avoid potential harm to yourself or damage to your iPhone, avoid using the phone until the issue is addressed.

Step #4. Apply Suction Handle
*Now place the suction handle at the bottom side of the screen.
*Pull it steadily to create a line gap for the opening pick insertion.
Step #5. Insert Opening Pick
*Now we will insert the first opening pick at the bottom of the screen when you see a line gap.
*Cut the bottom edge adhesive between the screen and the frame.
*Move the pick back and forth to cut the adhesive. However, please remember that you can not insert the opening pick more than 3 mm deep into this bottom edge.
*If that’s the case leave this first pick inserted in the bottom edge of the right corner. It will prevent the screen from sticking again to the frame.
Important Information For the Inside of the iPhone 15 Screen
When removing the screen you should know how and where the cable connection is.
*Two thin cables connect the screen to the phone. One cable is just above the mute switch and the other is halfway between the volume down button and the bottom of the phone.
*These cables are delicate and can break easily so handle them carefully.
*Small spring contacts are around the edges of the phone. These are sensitive parts so don’t push your tool in too far or you might bend or damage them.
*Be extra gentle when cutting through the adhesive in these spots to avoid any issues.
Step #6. Apply Heat on All Sides of the iPhone 15
*This one process is done. Now we need to apply heat again to melt the adhesive under all screen edges.
*Pick the same heating equipment you chose (heat gun, hot plate, hair dryer or hair straightener).
*Keep checking the screen’s warmth and applying heat until it gets too hot to touch.
*You can apply heat and change edges side by side.
Step #7. Insert Second Opening Pick
*When you are sure that the screen’s adhesive has melted you will stop heating the screen.
*Now move the opening pick through the right corner and take it to the right edges.
*Keep sliding the pick until you feel a strong stop near the power button. It is a hook that is locking the screen to the frame.
*You will rotate the pick so that the flat side goes in. Twist and turn the pick to release the clip.
*An increased gap will separate the screen from the frame.
*Just write here you will insert the second opening pick right from the first opening pick.
*Now you can take the first opening pick sliding back at the right edges toward the bottom and move the second pick and take it to the top right edges.
*Keep separating the screen from the frame but cutting the adhesive.
